Politique d’expédition
1. Shipping methods and delivery time
You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel. The total time it takes to receive your order is described below:
The total time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time.
Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it.
Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you.
The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.
2. Shipping destinations
We ship to the United States and Canada.
Note: 1. We do not ship to the US Minor Outlying Islands. 2. Some products are only available in the United States. If you are from Canada, please scroll to the bottom of the page to switch to the Canadian region.
3. Processing time
If you place your order before 4 pm, we will start processing it on the same day excluding the back order. And your parcel will be sent out within 2-5 business days.
4. Shipping time
Standard Shipping (3-5 business days after shipped), excluding Alaska and Hawaii. If you are in Alaska or Hawaii, the shipping time will take up to 30-45 business days.
Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method, and other factors.
5. Shipping cost
Standard Shipping, free shipping for all products to the United States and Canada, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. If you are in Alaska or Hawaii, the shipping cost will be $90 for all products.
6. Shipping Note
The estimated delivery time (does not include weekends or public holidays) is from the date that your parcel was shipped.
Your parcel will be shipped with the most suitable carrier depending on size and weight. Parcels will be delivered on working days and working hours, please offer an available address where someone can accept it as a signature may be required.
7. For Undelivered Solution
Parcels may take longer to arrive due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes which cannot be foreseen or avoided such as war, flood, typhoon, storm, earthquake, severe weather conditions, then delivery will be postponed. In the event of such delays, a proper solution will be worked out by BanaSuper to decrease your losses.
