Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Customers can contact us within 30 days from the date of receiving items. If you have received defective or damaged, wrong size or wrong product, please apply an after-sale service or email us immediately.
How to return us:
For personal reason, please contact our customer service: service@banasuper.com, and describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order ID and SKU product number.
For defective incorrect or not as described items, please send us a clear picture of the problem and then we will give you solutions.
Note:
* All returns must first be approved by our customer service team.
* Please note that the items must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact. All returned items must be in a brand-new condition, unused, unwashed and with the original tags and package.
On BanaSuper's duty:
BanaSuper will be responsible for any faulty, damaged, broken, defective, soiled or wrong items, incorrect size and wrong color items.
Please send us a clear picture of the problem, after confirming it is our fault, we will arrange a refund of product price or exchange the item to customers and pay for shipping.
On customer's duty:
Unwanted or unsatisfied items:
If the customers decide that they no longer want the item, they can apply for a return for refund or exchange. Please note the items should be on brand new items, unworn and unused if customers need to return to us.
Note: On customer's duty, customers will be responsible for paying the return shipping fee and then we can arrange an exchange or refund(not include the original shipping fee). The refund usually will be back to your payment account in 3-5 business days.
Non - returnable items:
We will not accept returns under the following conditions:
1. Items out of the 30 days warranty time-limit.
2. Worn, used or misused items.
Return Address:
Customers can contact BanaSuper to apply return within 30 days from the date of received items except the Non-Returnable items.
For return address, Once the return application was approved by BanaSuper, an email with return address and return instruction will be sent to your registered email of BanaSuper.
